“Francey Homes were asked to build a new manse for First Ballymena Presbyterian Church on the site of the old one. In our experience of different building projects over the years, both on a personal level and from a church perspective, working with Francey Homes was without equal. Gordon and Mary were so amenable to work with, and their depth of knowledge and experience was invaluable, along with their integrity and desire to produce not only a church manse, but also a fine home. They achieved that, with Gordon adding many touches that were above and beyond his remit. Mary was always one step ahead with decisions that had to be made, ensuring that there were no delays in the build and that the project would be on programme the whole way through. They are a great team. They were adept at keeping a church committee informed whist at the same time fully consulting the family who were initially going to be making it their home. All business was conducted with the highest professional standards and integrity. Attention to detail was second to none. Nothing was ever a problem and if you made a suggestion about doing something differently Gordon would go away and think about it and would try his best to make it work. The standard of the tradespeople he brought on site was extremely high and all of them took a real pride in their job and were always reliable. Gordon and Mary aim for perfection in all of the jobs they take on and expect the same standard from all who work for them. This was clearly evident at all times. We could not recommend them highly enough.”
